- Routing requests are addressed in the order they are received, please allow 24 hours for processing. Missing information on the routing request forms will lead to delays.
- You will no longer receive an email reply from traffic confirming the routing request. All routing information comes in the form of a report sent every 4 hours, communication is sent to the contact provided on the routing request form. The sender of the report is not a DSW contact and may flow into your spam folder. Routing notice is sent automatically, please check your spam for the notices coming from: email@example.com <firstname.lastname@example.org>.
- Any non-compliant orders will not be routed. If you are attempting to route an order that is not compliant (late, or outside of our acceptable 10% variance) you will be directed to contact DSW_Vendor_Routing_Compliance@dswinc.com for buyer approval.
